Delivery & Returns
Please note that our processing time can reach up to 3 working days in addition to the postage option selected.
Delivery rates are based on weight and size of your parcel. Delivery rates will be calculated at the checkout, and available shipping services will be listed automatically.
UK Delivery
Spend £20+ and FREE UK & Ireland standard shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.
For parcels under 2kg:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard (3-4 working days) - £2.95
- Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days) - £3.50
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day) - £7.50
Republic of Ireland / European Delivery
Shipping options will be listed automatically at checkout based on on weight:
- Royal Mail International Standard (3-4 working days) - 7.25
- Royal Mail International Standard (3-4 working days) - 12.85
US / Canada / Worldwide Shipping
We do not currently ship to US/ Canada.
However, if your delivery country is not stated above or at checkout, please contact hello@lecontour.co.uk for further information.
Returns
If you would like to return your item, you have 14 working days to return your purchase. You must notify us via email before returning any item. We are unable to accept returns for personalised/customised orders unless faulty/damaged.
Please ensure all items are returned, unused, in their original packaging.
Unless the item(s) is faulty, the customer will pay for return postage and packing. If the item(s) is faulty then we will refund your return postage.
On receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund within 10 working days. The refund will be made via the original method of payment.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
